In fact, selling an intangible product like coaching or consulting, i.e. your ability to help a person or business or department improve their lives or bottom line is the most difficult sale in all industries. You are selling yourself—you are the only product. The easy money is in Training Coaches. The hard money is getting paying Clients.

When you hear those two lines, run for cover.
