Subject: Tonight's great coaching session

Dear Cliff

I have to just let you know what I thought of the free session that you hosted this evening. Having read and re-read my copious notes these are my comments (worst first):

I felt very bad when you gave your observations on Tony Robbins as I felt that my buying decision was being criticized and nobody likes to have their buying decisions criticized, do they?

However, I felt that you REALLY cared about me and that you understood my position and how I am feeling. You obviously enjoy helping people change their lives and everything you said was true, sincere and relevant. I can honestly say that I received more value from the half hour that you spent with me than I ever have in any hour-long session I've had (at $100) with other coaches.

I have made a promise to myself that I shall save up, starting now, to enrol on your 6 week introductory course as soon as possible. If the coaching is just half as good as my half hour with you, then it will represent outstanding value.

I thank you once again, from the bottom of my heart, you've given me hope for the future and a great feeling of self-worth. You made my day.
