Transformation
CoachingTM is, very simply: Right Information + Application
= Transformation
Information
and Transformation are very different, but related:
The
"IN" in IN-formation means literally: "Within".
The "FORM" in in-FORM-ation means literally: "To give
shape to." Thus, IN-FORM-ation is the BEGINNING PROCESS (first
step) where an idea begins to take shape from within, as with an
idea of the mind. (from Webster’s New World Dictionary: 3rd College
Edition)
The
"TRANS" in TRANS-formation means literally: "To go over,
beyond, to the other side of", as in Trans-Atlantic. (from Webster’s
New World Dictionary: 3rd College Edition)
Thus
an idea/goal/dream which is formed IN a person’s mind (from some
source) must pass over from the invisible world of thought into
the visible world of form (i.e. reality).
The
segue (transition) from IN-FORM-ATION to TRANS-FORMATION is APPLICATION.
Application
comes from the word APPLY which means literally: 1. to put on or
spread on; place so as touching 2. to put to some practical or specific
use 4. to concentrate (one’s faculties) on; employ (oneself) diligently.

APPLICATION
creates context for an IDEA to become REALITY. Application "TOUCHES"
both worlds of INVISIBLE and VISIBLE, (INFORMATION and TRANSFORMATION).
It creates a void and a gap where creation can occur and will occur
because "Nature abhors a vacuum."
Information
is NOT knowledge and knowledge is NOT power…
"Experience
is knowledge. All the rest is information." Albert Einstein
Because
it is much easier to sell information (the beginning) than to sell
results (the ending) or the "how to" (action), most Personal
or Self Development Training/Coaching focuses on information (being)
rather than application (doing).
Transformation
CoachingTM includes accurate information, but focuses on application in a real world context to create
results.
Have
you ever taken a course and then found yourself asking: "It
worked for them, what’s wrong with me?" Information that is
received without the context in which to be used can create deep
frustration and reduced self confidence as people blame themselves
for their lack of progress and results…It is far too easy to view
yourself as the problem, instead of the information or the way it
was provided.
The
human mind MUST have CONTEXT, which creates a BACKDROP and CONTRAST
between
WHAT IS and WHAT CAN BE... TSI Coaching creates that back drop AND
RESULTS.
Apprentices
are MASTERS in TRAINING. They receive HANDS on TRAINING and MENTORING
in the actual marketplace in addition to information received in
a seminar, tape or book. At TSI, we have found that the quickest
and most effective way to transform a person’s life is to create
